So here goes...<br /><br />I am thankful for God. I am thankful that He is there in all the things we do and that He remains faithful no matter what we do, because that's just who HE is! Thank you GOD!<br /><br />I am thankful for my family, immediate and extended. Some people don't have family and we take them for granted alot. <br /><br />I am thankful that God gave me a good man, scratch that an awesome man! He loves God with all his heart and I am so blessed to have a man that loves his family and wants to be a good dad and IS a great dad! There are so many dads out there that aren't or that don't want to be apart of their kids lives or that simply are too lazy to be a dad. I love that I don't have to ask him to "watch" our kids...um he's the dad, it's a shared responsibility and I love that he's always felt that way. He's not afraid of work and will do whatever it takes to provide for his family, lazy men are so annoying. I am just so very blessed!<br /><br />I am thankful for my two boys. Jake is so sweet and so sensitive to everyone's needs and always wants to do good and is really disappointed when he doesn't. He is so smart, it just amazes Jackson and I each day. Stockton is amazing as well, yet in his own way. He is boy thru and thru and wants to help with anything you are doing, mainly daddy if he's working outside. He isn't scared of anything. I sometimes wonder if he knows deep down he may not live as long as a healthy child has the potential too because he lives each day to the fullest, doing whatever and not being scared of anything new. <br /><br />I am thankful for a roof over my head and a car to drive. I am thankful for my job(s).<br /><br />I am thankful for all my friends, (you know who you are) from dressing alike without knowing, to Twilight movies on opening night (even though we're missin New Moon on opening night), to the memories of writing stories in Coach White's computer class, to running the long runs and the short runs, being excited for new babies and lovin them all almost as much as my own, hanging at Starbucks (well when we had one), laughing until we cry, "spiked" peach tea, making cards or trying to because we can't stop talking or you are just plain slow ;), getting matching tattoos. There's a ton more but I better stop there.<br /><br />I am thankful that I can run 1/2 marathons, thankful that my body allows me to do this.<br /><br />I am thankful for so much but here's a list of simple stuff that comes to mind (not in any particular order) green tea lattes, air, sushi, a good hair cut and color, my dogs, water, flip flops, nice fitting clothes, babies that like to smile at me, days I get to spend with Jackson, baking with the boys, diet dr pepper, Lori, good family photos, desserts, tattoos, tv, movies, sharing joys with my friends and so much more.Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01990123937619077230noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4377396469532436180.post-36282596075060515162009-11-09T09:47:00.008-06:002009-11-09T10:04:41.933-06:00Family photos 2009<div><div><div><div><div><div>Joanna was our photographer this year and it just gets more and more interesting each year to find something different to do. It was perfect weather to start out until the sun was beating on you. Prefer 40's and overcast however 50's and a little sun wasn't so bad. Here we are before the race.</div><div> </div><div> </div><div><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 150px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5400362376362849010" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjKrgSPqym74b5uhBegk_mMGrs4bnnwhapbbzedA5Sq3NKHjhfbwEXgzq2utyWo26tG-40QisB6N0X1j9UnBm7WScU_UCsMaSRa_WFVDhoStwojpretztpMYetEdgSx9EgICA4RD8Dw8c8/s200/Picture+032.jpg" /></div><div><br /></div><div></div><img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 150px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5400362121856746386" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh92jPjPdE_h_sObOaQHLmpMjulvYKz-SGBrftDBVCAv8ouwrrzGWzhis4cpqPhFplqshtJpv7buXMaQ9OyfrkskvXssj2uqHd2JjFo_V5pjBN3JjJK8rIskgR-DOG7cpwmyhL0ZVvSmn4/s200/Picture+031.jpg" /><br />I was feeling extra spectacular for this race, thank you God! And ran it in 1 hr and 34 min at a 10:09 pace. The good ole garmin watch said we ended up running 9.4 miles instead of the 9.3 and my time with the extra 10th was 10:02 pace. Taking that one since I'm not thinking the satelites are wrong :). Amy did so excellent for her first race past a 5K with 1 hr 44 min at an 11:13 pace. I'm so proud of her, that was awesome for the first long race!!! Jackson finished in 1 hr and 32 min and Jeff in 1 hr 30 min. We all had good runs and hope to run it again next year!!Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01990123937619077230noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4377396469532436180.post-44807371507650540712009-11-03T08:34:00.002-06:002009-11-03T08:38:25.454-06:001st tooth<div>Sunday morning when we woke up Stockton came up to us and told us he had lost his first tooth. He showed me the night before that it was loose but it didn't look to me like it was that loose. Well apparently it was and he pulled it out himself and already had it in a baggy and everything. So funny. <img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 200px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 150px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5399886134825394178" border="0" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiS-bL4TEkYGdilB5t7qdwzP7_mP6QqoYK9l-DvhOMUyCH89_NlkNGAU8SK0uK2AXTuDypQHZq-W8Qc-F3ij2l41MV15B6LSj5r-y9koDB3u17unuDshIl5M_VVQ49OQzoD4yyfneoAcLA/s200/Picture+040.jpg" /></div><br /><div></div><br /><div></div>Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01990123937619077230noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4377396469532436180.post-76317544435735777142009-11-03T08:12:00.011-06:002009-11-03T08:31:15.852-06:00Pumpkin Carving<div><div><div><div><div>This is the 2nd annual pumpkin carving with the Lee's and the Jenkin's...sounds so formal..HA.</div><br /><div><div><div></div><div></div><div>The boys love this and Joanna and I totally agree that we are glad it's just once a year. </div><div></div><br /><div>After everyone finally decided which design they wanted off to work we go. He comes home tomorrow morning. He's 13 weeks and in this picture he had just gotten the stitches taken out of his ears. </p><p>We've had Kali for 2 months now and she has literally doubled in size. She weighs 44 lbs now and is just a great dog. The puppies I have been around in the past, well she is nothing like a regular puppy. We go on a walk and she is so alert at what is going on around us, and at 5 months! She is amazing! I hope she likes Tank...we will soon see. Here is a recent picture of Kali.</p><p></p><br /><p><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5356473690760871938" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 232px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjCJmwgIVLJuIM37vSR1pFOFftTnlfAq6q7uHACleJ6hggNlX2XCXw1p94jaLWKgq9enNm032EmWYN0Mbk3CauGItRY-hjxrtubSgqbcuSxy-GW4M6oBWZn8aHADIvHV7-lCot6BmwwRfU/s320/Kali0630.jpg" border="0" /><br /></p><br /><div></div>Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01990123937619077230noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4377396469532436180.post-1228886056108250972009-05-14T11:03:00.003-05:002009-05-14T11:09:27.214-05:00Garage Sale!!!Yep that's right, it's been over a month since I've blogged so I'm going to advertise for my garage sale. How does that happen? It was floss not a jackhammer. And to top it off it's one of my "two front teeth". Fantastic isn't it.<br /><br />So tired these days...blaming the weather. Hopefully not laziness since that's what it really is. I want to get back into the getting up at 5 and running...but with my running partner. That's probably why is because she's not waiting on me...Jackson is. It's so much easier to cancel on someone who you know isn't out of bed yet. This morning he showed me he doesn't need me to go running with, well he's always ran alone, but he took our 9 year old and ran with him instead. Go Jake! So I've been replaced by a 9 year old. He did get out of bed though...guess that's the key. Miss you Jasper.....<br /><br />Stocktons last report was good. God is so awesome. Nothing has changed on his liver which is very good. Thanks to everyone who was praying for him.<br /><br />Everyone's having babies. Sometimes I wish we would have had more...even if I did get 3 boys...but then I think...nah, I'll just borrow everyone else's and send them home...oh great, now I'm a grandma.<br /><br />I'm still needing ideas of stuff to do in Florida...for me and Jackson and just for me. :)<br /><br />Is it May yet? We get our first dog in May and I'm ready. We've decided on names..Jackson is naming his Tank and I'm going to name mine Cali.<br /><br />I'm so ready for a tan. While I do enjoy swimming wherever it may be...indoors is so not the same as being at good ole Sun N Fun and soakin up the sun...oh tan where art thou?<br /><br />Well I guess that's all my thoughts for the moment...I may add more later...oh look there's a kitty.</div><br /><div></div><br /><div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5301923561162673954" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 128px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 128px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg3cT8sDcpLdRFOoANNwRwQHx63NSsMC1aDq4aum-qyOKMrxNWWMtQYXzF5c4Vv8q9LJ0ISPDmKzjgTh8PWwd9mXA2K5ONoWe9qpQGgKtFNACi-0DzdBMLlUfRPDD_SCMKt3vpqBXWaYjM/s320/cat.gif" border="0" /></div>Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01990123937619077230noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4377396469532436180.post-43062478369424432872009-02-03T07:11:00.005-06:002009-02-03T07:17:41.451-06:00Another proud moment!<div>We were going thru Jake's backpack like any other day and came across this paper that he did at school.<br /></div><br /><div></div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5298558379023681746" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 240px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 320px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEixjmlBTCqxAtL8actnY6XZWDFvHZic6Am-URK6yHHbCyhROHzdFPxkFg59PwkVqmFvjg1GYuGbfnvk0a4brjGEEzr61g-ovMWIFcoQ62ueGkORpy6e9cK73dWz-z36LsMv0iVTaCeDTRI/s320/003.JPG" border="0" /><br /><div></div><p>We were amazed, obviousley. Tag the person who tagged you and tag your friends, too. If I tagged you, it's because I want to know more about you. (: Only do this if you want to and have time :)<br />(To do this, go to “notes” under tabs on your profile page, paste these instructions in the body of the note, type your 25 random things, tag 25 people (in the right hand corner of the app) then click publish.)<br /><br />1. I love tattoos. I just got my 10th one a week ago and can't wait until my birthday to get the next one.<br />2. I grew up on a farm, never lived in town until I moved to Tennessee to be with Jackson.<br />3. I would love to have a horse farm.<br />4. I could be a dive master and never get tired of the diving.<br />5. I love to dive but just the thought of sharks possibly there makes me shake sitting here, no where near an ocean.<br />6. I got married when I was 18.<br />7. I also don't like people touching my feet nor do I want to touch anyone elses.<br />8. I would rather make a list out of a catalog then actually order it, to me it's more fun to make the list. ;)<br />9. I wanted to name my daughter Gracie.<br />10. I always wanted twin girls.<br />11. I love to make cards.<br />12. I love to organize things and when something one of my kids or husband takes out of place it drives me crazy until it's back where it belongs.<br />13. I love to get my hair colored, and it has to be something different everytime.<br />14. I love to run, just not in the heat.<br />15. I love to bike and if we bike we should go at least 12 miles.<br />16. I don't like the cold, if it wasn't for the running I could live where it's warm all year long.<br />17. I love roses, I have almost every color rose bush available, well at least the ones I can get around here.<br />18. I don't like my picture taken, I'm not one of those people who loves to be in photos.<br />19. I could wear flip flops 365 days of the year, I actually used to have over 50 pairs.<br />20. I love talking to my friends and being totally crazy and random and they knowing exactly what I'm either going to say or can keep up when I jump from subject to subject.<br />21. I am a lousy blogger.<br />22. "it's in my coat"<br />23. Inside jokes are the funnest!<br />24. I'm entirely too sensitive.<br />25. I love collecting old dishes.Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01990123937619077230noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4377396469532436180.post-17540544427278222532009-01-14T10:27:00.002-06:002009-01-14T10:34:37.336-06:00Need ideas...I'm still needing puppy name suggestions where are they...maybe that's a good indication that no one reads my blog. HA.<br /><br />This blog isn't really about that. I was thinking that I haven't blogged in awhile and mmm what a surprise that is, so I thought I would blog about ideas of things to do in Orlando. Jackson and I are going there for 4-5 days in a couple months. It's for his work but we get a little time to do fun stuff in between. So all of you who have been recently I would like to know what you thought was fun. Also ideas for me. I will have all day one day to do whatever by myself so if you have ideas other than shopping they would be greatly appreciated!Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01990123937619077230noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4377396469532436180.post-8008493720590455172009-01-02T09:27:00.002-06:002009-01-02T09:33:51.459-06:00Not so much new years resolutions...I am setting out this year to not make any "new years resolutions". Every year I decide on a couple and I mess them up every time. So instead of starting out disappointing myself I am just going to start out trying to do simple things. Such as just being an overall better person, hopefully closer to who God intended me to be, working to be a better wife and mother, and working towards the best 1/2 marathons ever this year. I think those are not too out of reach but yet they are challenges none the less. I am hoping 2009 is the best year ever. Doesn't 2009 just have a good ring to it anyways? So even if things arise that don't make 2009 the best, I want to strive to choose joy each day to purposely make it the best year ever!Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01990123937619077230noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4377396469532436180.post-32568957216390329682008-12-30T10:57:00.003-06:002008-12-30T11:01:42.684-06:00The greatest day of Jake's life!<div><div>One down and one to go. :) Jake was baptized on Sunday. It was sooo cute! I was getting ansy so Suz woke up Xavier for me...and here we are :)</div><div> </div><br /><div></div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5285274624628222866" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2T7VWfGU1Lda_igF4wdJvhGqz0I662nxzvjxbqgCXEa9NpElsmvVYisS92UUuXNDPt8Fz5PiNOcSgZkMk_EW-FqmZ2Q7yvHLPuQFHgTmghgrknYw5_p1HLYYKHc18N_fltj-JOyN6Fp0/s320/010.JPG" border="0" />We're so cute together, he liked me so much when I first got him he threw up all over me. This was after Suz gave me a clean shirt to wear. :) I got to feed him since he gave me what he ate before I got there. Here he is right before.<br /></div><br /><br /><div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5285275437649574722" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiZF_ZicEHUorc428k_S5u2Eo4uhK6gLuouunqilgKS0DwT32BjLOOF0yrXlscWIpEX15UiK4Cp-yAp-lfxaLEm5l0zHAkUDalYE4EQw-XFIOYpEAXpcadK7itsaiGkiPvNuS8kszbtx-Q/s320/008.JPG" border="0" />He was obviousley ready to eat.<br /><br /><div>So after that she got Tavian up for me to do it all with him as well. Finished is really the only good thing we can say about it however. It was horrible. I was saying it was 65 but everyone else says it was over 70 and it probably was. Then add in the 20 plus mile per hour wind and we didn't think we were going to finish. Here is a pic of us..finished.....literally!!!!<br /><br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5280825802302116242" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEje2HqqLV1MN0CyYOp-0dZiWYe6UHFvRAPwIzQz2gchnkHi7sEG7mLlevN3UWvrwJpI5PRerWs0_DV0LU1ZppqbDJA_NEh2UuG1hao9Ok6AmaZym6mNxE6hw_PokpnKq-OgwDJaqvDZDN8/s320/the+gang+2.JPG" border="0" /><br />This was Jackson's 2nd race and my 4th...we had a good Friday and Saturday on our mini vacation but Sunday not so much.<br /><br /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5280828481721069874" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi3agsb8o6HND0YYR-bd3sCxx1ap6X34XVoI279ry54EWz7tVUMbtlY_7F-zjXu8x7CCpcf-3C5TNWhBonI7YN_HM7gjkcL6oHQlb5AQiSeKV8zFtAbqxXd3ZL8wMj5xpfQrK8_ZRYtEhM/s320/jackson+and+jamieatrace.JPG" border="0" />So to back up a bit we drove down on Friday after we dropped the boys off at school. Saturday we met up with everyone for our annual night before the race italian dinner. Which was at Carrabas's once again. :)<br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5280829234100301042" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgCEiQ_5Sz7ZjOt95P7S3Z153Nb38LLRPRjFK5pz2ehJnXs38sUNY0Up9TxzZpxtIjIlWos3ZDLScv-dqw9BM-1wX-l0ZXVOcZpTHGTLoJnHUkrWofmI6IR3Ohjh8RpcLVqA9I8wu79uho/s320/fourofus.JPG" border="0" /><br /><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5280829496984327874" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjU8Tt06pyOl1GlkcvcwYtoy0Cpv8uY8lnldHyES0WqCYPJI9E32nz0uTj9DrJ3qotOfFwCHdd0jHqIfBX0lin-JAZO-iQj1NDzjI2sJrqsP4bM-lseYCm7vtm6XpDKik25RMXGr19fFW8/s320/cindyjulieandme.JPG" border="0" />SO moving back ahead...I should have planned this blog better but oh well...after the race we always go to Pappasitos. I remember when I set my countdown on my computer and it started at 154 days. Crazy to think we are down to 3. The weather is making us very nervous. It's calling for 22 mile/hr winds and 72 degrees. Not good running weather. Please pray that it's not windy and it's about 45 degrees.<br /><br /><br />We were hoping to beat our time from last year but now we are just going to be thankful to finish. We've all worked hard so hopefully that will pay off in the race! Wish us luck!!Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01990123937619077230noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4377396469532436180.post-91997365182957460342008-12-09T09:22:00.005-06:002008-12-09T09:43:46.662-06:00Pondering a name...<div><div><div>So I know a few of you already know this but Jackson is getting two dobermans this spring. After much begging I have finally given in and actually become excited about the idea of having a good protective, non shedding dog around. We've had two dogs in the 11 years we've been married. The first was a german shephard that we got the day I found out Stockton was a boy. His name was Dozer. We had him for a while and one day he decided to jump the fence and the pound caught him and fined us. So we didn't have the money for a bigger fence and with a new baby he wasn't a house dog so we gave him to a cousin of mine. Dozer is much happier now living in the Virgin Islands...wonder if I can go live with them too...haha. </div><div></div><br /><div>Then there was Sophie. She was our Golden Retriever. We got her from Sean and Rachel when she was I think 3. We had her for a couple years until one day she just went nuts. She'd been a house dog for awhile since she learned how to climb the fence (I am seeing a pattern here) and so we kept her in the house. However one day it was like she had lost her mind, she started acting like a puppy again, peeing everywhere and when we got that stopped we just thought she needed to be somewhere else. So a friend suggested a friend and we gave her to her. She shed too much too for Stockton so these new dogs will be great!</div><div></div><br /><div>Well on to the reason for my blog today. Jackson is getting a male and everything he's read it was better to have a male and female than two males so I am getting the girl...obviosley. So I am in search for a name...yes Amber a name. I don't want anything sissy, as Julie and I discovered this morning Fifi and Cuddles just aren't going to cut it for my dobe. She will be a red/brown color (hopefully the litter produces one). </div><br /><div></div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5277815591248840274" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 240px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgohzFg908HXvvTAqxc7aPoiG8VKfKAjB0wTGzM8XAeCDGKm-bl48z7nb-IyiTEzzewjdKJMEcrXyS0azz5QhZ0rY4quVEA2aH6i8KRzm0PiBrA2jZpoyDg5-U2AtE0nL89MN4zflVVhow/s320/puppy.jpg" border="0" /> <div>How cute is that! </div><div><br />So all you who read this if you have any ideas or suggestions please email them my way. </div><br /><div>Couldn't resist this picture, I just love it!</div><br /><div><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5277816386790746162" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 242px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEguVTbHcEjmZm9omJQ70WBaHaCBNnnAfExi_GzgUWdJZCiu32gHItlFpX6xHlQboeccyvDogf5jWTHjEtowGbIrKRS8EpFjPLcfcy1bYqumCaHlyBEKea0CaoDlQEqrBHT-Apq4i7-q-Wg/s320/fireman.jpg" border="0" /></div></div></div>Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01990123937619077230noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4377396469532436180.post-5009066316690316752008-12-08T14:58:00.002-06:002008-12-08T15:12:59.323-06:00Christmas Fun Survey<a href="http://dannyandjulie.blogspot.com/2008/11/christmas-fun.html">Christmas Fun</a><br />1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? wrapping paper because I like to make my own pertty bows<br /><br />2. Real tree or Artificial? Artificial all the way! Jackson wants a real tree super bad, but 2 dobermans and a real tree really don't sound like that would mix well.<br /><br />3. When do you put up the tree? Usually a week or two before Thanksgiving, by the time Thanksgiving gets here I don't have time to decorate.<br /><br />4. When do you take the tree down? I used to wait until New Years but now I end up doing it Christmas weekend depending on if I am ready for my house to be back to normal.<br /><br />5. Do you like eggnog? no way ewe!<br /><br />6. Favorite gift received as a child? don't remember<br /><br />7. Hardest person to buy for? guy stocking stuffers<br /><br />8. Easiest person to buy for? Janie<br /><br />9. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? clothes probably<br /><br />12. Favorite Christmas Movie? Rudolph :)<br /><br />13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? Sometime in November, sometimes if I see something earlier I'll go ahead and pick it up.<br /><br />14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? only dirty santa ones<br /><br />15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Nanny's chocolate pie, or any of the assorted candies we make.<br /><br />16. Lights on the tree? white lights<br /><br />17. Favorite Christmas song? Mary Did You Know?<br /><br />18. Travel at Christmas time or stay home? for the last few years I've had Christmas at my house.<br /><br />19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer's? What do you want for Christmas this year? Twilight soundtrackJamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01990123937619077230noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4377396469532436180.post-11471197591645280422008-12-08T08:16:00.004-06:002008-12-08T09:41:22.458-06:00Thoughts being put down on paperSo why is it wrong to shield your family from something you don't believe in, or find that it is wrong?<br /><br />So why is it wrong to want someone to call you instead of calling them everytime and getting in trouble because you never call?<br /><br />So why is it that Santa and "Holiday" are everywhere but we really wouldn't be having Christmas, yeah that's right, it's called Christmas people, if Christ wasn't born for us?<br /><br />So why is everyone claiming it's hard when they still have jobs and gas is 1/3 of what it was when no one was complaining?<br /><br />So why is it that saying you are a Christian automatically makes non Christians think you are better than them, when in reality it's the total opposite, we are saying we know we are sinners and we want to change!<br /><br />So why is it that when you are in a restaurant and you order a pepsi and they offer you a coke? (they taste nothing alike)<br /><br />So why is it that we all tend to be nice to certain people just to get what we want, why can't we just be nice all the time?<br /><br /><p>So why is it so hard to take care of that growing baby inside of you for 9 months instead of being selfish about what you could be missing out on, it's just nine months and that baby didn't choose to be concieved.</p><p>So why is it that people think the Bible has changed, it's not changed, it's still the same one from the beginning.<br /><br />So why does Peter not have his powers back yet...or does he?</p>Jamiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01990123937619077230noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4377396469532436180.post-46744230059372770822008-11-26T13:09:00.003-06:002008-11-26T14:03:34.515-06:0010 Things You Will Never See Me Do!I saw this blog idea on a friends comments and thought it sounded fun.
